We strongly prefer businesses where ownership is willing to participate in seller financing — either partial or full — with extended transition periods. This alignment of interest produces better outcomes for both sides and signals seller confidence in the business they built.
Businesses generating $1M – $10M in annual revenue with positive EBITDA. We are operationally hands-on and can manage smaller businesses that larger buyers overlook.
